- All items will be shipped USPS and will come with a tracking number. Please contact USPS if your package is lost
- All items will be processed within 3-5 business days, shipping Monday-Saturday
- PinnedbyPeacock will not be held responsible for lost packages once out of our possession
*** If you receive a damaged item during delivery, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving. In the email please include photos of the damaged item along with the order number.
REFUND POLICY:
- Standard Grade/ A on a case by case basis
- Grade B/C are not eligible for refunds
- You will be responsible for shipping back the item
GRADING :
Please note: Enamel pins are handmade products, they are made with a lot of detail and care, however due to the nature of the product, each pin will be unique. No product will be 100% pristine.
Pinned by Peacock strives to deliver the best quality, All pins go through a meticulous quality control where they are thoroughly inspected for major flaws.
Standard / Grade A : The best quality, with very minor imperfections/ minimal flaws.
Grade B: Minor imperfections, slightly more noticeable and no major flaws. Will not take away from the overall aesthetic of the pin
Grade C: More noticeable imperfections (ie. more than 3 flaws) but still doesn’t take away from the overall aesthetic of the pin
